Genesis Kids Early Learning Center
WHO WE ARE
We are a faith-based early childhood education and learning center sponsored by the church for children ages 3-5 years old. The objective is to serve the community as a faith-based multicultural “play-to-learn” and “technology-focused” early education and intervention program in Irondequoit/Rochester and teaching young children to love God. We anticipate 12 students in our inaugural class set for January 3, 2023. During Genesis Kids Early Learning Center, we provide children with early intervention tools of socialization, cognitive, digital, and spiritual arts developments before entering kindergarten or first grade. We offer a unique and specialize service to families who are looking for quality day care service for their children. We offer devotional time, breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day, iPads, and a variety of fun and interactive “hands-on” activities in a safe space.
THE CENTER
Genesis Kids Early Learning Center is a registered and licensed child care program and certified by New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) Division of Child Care Services. Founded at the inception of the Agape Fellowship Church on April 4, 2021, Genesis Kids Early Learning Center was part of the initial conversations as the new church was forming. It was a goal from the beginning of the new church to create an early intervention day care service that was “faith and played-based” in scope. The mission and goal of the Early Learning Center is to equip youth with digital, early socialization, and cognitive skillset prior to students reaching preschoolers 3-5. The goal is to build an awesome program that brings families together and ensure they are whole in nature and in spirit.

Early Learning Center Curriculum
Our curriculum is a theme approach to learning. This allows our students deeper connections with the world around them. Instruction will be consistent with maintaining a holistic approach, and allow our students to use real life experience to engage in each activity or event.
Our students will be able to obtain the overriding truth in the way we live, and engage with others. Gain knowledge, and understanding about the world around them, while apply these skills in a practical, more engaging environment.
Math, Science, and ELA are interwoven throughout the curriculum to ensure our students are getting the knowledge they need to be successful while developing meaningful social, and emotional attributes through the word of God.”
STAFF
Our staff are trained child and families skilled professionals and teachers with earned credentials to operate and teach in our center. We require the best there is in this work and so we have retained leaders and teachers to provide quality program with enrichment and support services. Our trained teaching and professional staff are equipped to deliver an exciting culturally-responsive sustaining education grounded in a cultural view of learning and human development in which multiple aspect of diversity are recognized and regarded as assets for teaching and learning.
