Swag Youth Ministries
At AFC, we take enormous pride in investing and loving on our children. They are our future. We begin developing disciples for Christ at an early age as a source of early intervention helping kids to love Jesus. We tell our children how much God loves them and teaching them the word of God in fun, age-appropriate ways. We are eager to partner with parents and guardians to give kids a strong biblical foundation and helping them “to love God more,” when we do the following:

Our prayer for single households and families is that you stay encourage and never give up doing the great work and ministry of parenting. We know if we work together as a team, we can introduce our children to Christ and help them grow deeper in faith and connection to love God more.

A THEOLOGY FIT FOR KIDS!
Our Kids Ministry uses age-appropriate tools to prepare our little ones to live a life of Jesus and love God more. Together, we discover the story of the Bible learn and teach our children to listen to God’s voice. We teach our little ones to love God. That means, we want our children to copy Jesus’ life—which means acting with love, patience, hospitality, obedience, and having a heart for worship and justice. As a congregation, AFC is committed to your children as we journey together serving each other and meeting kids’ needs. We live in community, and as such, we obey God’s directives to love one another, pray for one another, serve one another, know one another, eat with one another, and encourage one another. And we start early with kids!

ACTIVITIES
At AFC, our Middle School ministry serve students from our community and families of the church. We offer a devotional time, snacks, biblical learning, and a variety of fun activities.
SAFETY
We’re committed to keeping your kids safe during their time with us. We have a secure check-in point and all our volunteers have passed background checks, so you can be sure that you’re leaving your kids in great hands.

High School
9TH-12TH GRADE | SUNDAYS (TIME TBD)
Genesis is a place where no question is un-askable. Being a part of Genesis means you’ll always have a safe place, and people to talk to about life’s big questions. We believe that listening to God’s voice will guide us in all that we do. We are so excited to be a part of God’s story, and we celebrate the relationship that we get to have with Jesus.
